EFFECTIVE PLANNING AND  COMPETENCES DEVELOPMENT FOR THE  SUCCESS LEADERSHIP

The food industry  are in need of optimizing their human resources in an efficient manner. This is not an easy challenge since resources should be used to the maximum, and it is not enough just to send staff to courses and not measure their use and impact; As a consequence, it is very clear that what is measured is done and what is not measured tends to be ignored.

The measurements should be guided by the strategic objectives, responding to a holistic vision of the organization and maintaining a balance between indicators of the past and predictors of the future, therefore the measurements must be fair and generate learning.

After an analysis in the sector, the majority of the organizations say "do not know how to choose the leader personnel that give efficiently the knowledge and the message of the corporate objectives that involve the personnel"

The FOOD SAFETY INTERNATIONAL NETWORK´s board directors , made up of quality managers from multinational food companies, researchers from USA-Europe-Asia universities, as well as commercial directors with experience in markets of Mexico and Latin America in the area of ​​food design This program encompasses his experience in an area of ​​current relevance to the economy of the sector such as safety, management and food quality.

This program combines theory with experience and processes in an experiential way the acquired knowledge; Likewise, it will allow each participant to acquire leadership skills and achieve a global and current vision that requires every leader instructor in the different projects of the organization.
