"FOOD PLANT SANITARY DESIGN WORKSHOP"Instalations & Equipment

FOOD SAFETY INTERNATIONAL NETWORK brings you this specialized workshop course with 21 hours theoretical practical, with the aim of providing you with knowledge aimed at implementing in your plant a food design program that guarantees the safe production of your products.

 

Objectives:
• Learn how to develop and implement a program that will lead to the implementation of best practices in the safe and efficient design of facilities and equipment.
• Understand tools that ensure a food production that is free of contamination, including sensitive foods, allergenic or susceptible to pest attack.
• Train leaders in health design through a theoretical and practical training aimed at engineers, plant managers and all related personnel responsible for the sanitary design of their plant.
• Each participant will know the various practical approaches and references of cleaning, sanitary design, equipment design and installations under the different perspectives of recognized and verifiable processes such as HACCP, FSMA, ISO, GFSI and others.
