THERMAL PROCESS CONTROL SOLUTIONS IN FOOD under the backing of FOOD SAFETY INTERNATIONAL NETWORK and in coordination with UNIVERSITY OF CLEMSON and UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA of the United States, offers this highly specialized program developed by internationally recognized experts that will allow you to know and implement techniques In thermal processing in food.

 
SPECIALIZED METHODOLOGY
The workshop course is offered in two and a half days which includes theoretical and practical sessions with advanced pasteurization equipment, wireless temperature sensors (thermocouples wire), use of Thermocouples for heat penetration exercises.
CALSOFT specialized software will also be understood and applied for the design of thermal processes and software for data and heat penetration exercises.
This workshop uses teaching materials created, protected and authorized by Dr. Felix H. Barron (CLEMSON UNIVERSITY) and Dr. Irving J. Pflug (UNIVERSITY OF MINESSOTA). The course is taught with the same methodology as currently provided in the United States by the University of Minnesota, USA
